Apple's newly announced iPadOS will add mouse control access to its accessibility features -- access that both the consumer market and alternative access users have wanted for years. Currently in beta, this new feature will become available in the new OS sometime in fall 2019. But what does this new feature mean for the hotly anticipated, recently launched AMAneo BTI mouse to iOS interface?

Access Hackers REJOICE! PowerToys are Back! 0
Attention Windows power users, developers of assistive technology (AT) and access geeks everywhere -- Microsoft is bringing back PowerToys utilities for Windows. A part of Win 95, PowerToys was a way to prototype and tweak functions that are particularly useful for accessibility hacking keyboard shortcut management, browsing desktop and functions and more. Open-source previews of the utilities are coming this summer.

New K3000 Accessibility Feature -- Customize Win. Shortcut Keys 0
With so many different accessibility options now ubiquitous – touch, voice, as well as a myriad pointer options – it’s easy to overlook how vitally important keyboard commands are.
Kurzweil recently introduced customizable shortcut keys for the web version of K3000 Windows. Reflective of Kurzweil’s practice of constant product improvement, this new feature will be rolled out to web license customers, seamlessly. In fact if you have K3000 web, you might very well already have it.
